Do You Know a Desperate Agent? Episode #2

There are some well known real estate companies whose average agent closed only 3-5 transactions last year.

There is one company who had 50% of their agents end up with zero sales last year!

With so few transactions, I’d be concerned about the first had market experience many agents have .  I’d also be concerned about agents getting desperate to make a deal work no matter what.

Before hiring an agent, you might want to ask them questions concerning those issues.
